What is your return on investment?

We aim to market the sites at prices that produce a profit of 50% or higher to the investor.
Consider this - deposit money at 4% interest into a bank, £1000 becomes £1040 – you earn £40.
Invest money in stocks and shares and you can either make a lot of money or you could lose it all.
Invest with us as a trader and you can expect no less than 50% profit when the land is sold. Each £1000 becomes £1,500.

What is the average time it takes to sell land?

The average varies between 7 to 9 months. However, we like to quote that you should expect a year and when the land sells earlier it is like having a bonus as the profits can be quickly reinvested.

Why are investors important to us?

Investors enable us to buy more land - frequently also at a greater discount to the market price. Economies of scale then mean we can market the land more effectively and at lower cost, creating even more profit for the investors.
